A retainer is commonly used by consultants, lawyers, marketing agencies, and other professional service providers. The retainer fee is a set amount of money paid upfront to the service provider by the client and it guarantees a minimum level of services.

STEP 1: The client must first complete the from below and then will be prompted to pay the retainer.
STEP 2: Pay the retainer. There are two options 5 hours at $80/hr ($400 total) or 10 hours at $75/hr ($750).
STEP 3: Submit work requests to jenniferskondin@me.com
STEP 4: The consultant will complete the work requests and deduct the hours used from the retainer amount. Once the retainer has been exhausted, the client will have the opportunity to renew the retainer or not. -
No. Unlike many companies that require a monthly auto-renewing retainer, our retainer is a one-time agreement. The hours never expire and are available to the client until they are exhausted by work requests. The client then can choose to renew the retainer if they require more work or they may wait until a later date when they have the need.

Retainers are great for clients who only need small projects here and there. If the client only needs a couple of hours of work per month, then this is a great option for them.
Monthly contracts are for clients who require comprehensive business and marketing needs. These contracts have a 15-hour monthly minimum and those hours do not roll over to the next month. If they are not used, then they are lost to the client.
Please complete the form below to begin the set-up of your retainer. You will only have to complete this form once.
