LOVING my morning Matcha Green Tea Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 handful of ice
Half an avocado
1 teaspoon monk fruit sugar (you can use more or less, depending on your preference)
1 1/2 teaspoons Matcha powder
Blend and serve with a dusting of hemp seeds!
